Exchange Policy
Equestrian Lush is happy to exchange any item within 14 days of receipt of your goods or offer you a store credit to be used at any time. All goods are to be returned in their original packaging including all labels and are to be unused and in brand new condition. Prior to returning any item for exchange or credit note, please email Equestrian Lush at info@equestrianlush.com.au
Exchange post is the responsibility of the buyer. We do not accept goods returned on a COD - basis - these will be returned to you. We do not accept any responsibility for goods lost in return transit. There is no exchange or credit note on sale items. Equestrian Lush will exchange, refund or replace goods that have been purchased at full price which have later been determined to be defective by way of manufacture.

Goods will be dispatched within 1 - 2 business days after full payment is received. If a delay is encountered Equestrian Lush will notify you of the delay and expected dispatch date.
Shipping costs will be calculated at the time of purchase in the shopping cart.
Free shipping for all purchases over $100 in one transaction. Free shipping is for standard post via Australia Post. Should you require express post or other form of shipping, a cost will be incurred.
A signature upon delivery will be required for all deliveries.
Colour
Whilst every effort is made to provide an accurate depiction of colour some items may vary slightly.
Handmade and Unique
I am a handmade product which means that sometimes I might have a slightly different feature that my model double may not have in its profile picture. That doesn't mean I am faulty just unique.
