Terms and Conditions

Returns Policy

Wrong size or not exactly what you wanted, Equestrian Lush offers a 14 day return policy on all standard items.

Equestrian Lush is happy to exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt of your goods.

Prior to returning any item please email Equestrian Lush at equestrianlush@gmail.com or call us on 1800EQLUSH 1800 375 874 to obtain a Return Code which is required for returns processing.

To qualify for a return, items must be returned in their original packaging including all labels and tags and are to be unused and in brand new condition. Items must be in re-sellable condition at RRP. If items are not returned in a re-sellable condition at RRP a refund or exchange will not be permitted and returned to the customer at the customer’s cost.

Return post is the responsibility of the customer.

We do not accept goods returned on a COD - basis - these will be returned to you.

We do not accept any responsibility for goods lost in return transit.

There is no return on sale items unless items are determined to be defective by way of manufacture.

Any goods purchased at a reduced price and found defective, will not be returned, exchanged or replaced provided the defect was disclosed at the time of purchase.

Any goods purchased at a reduced price cannot be returned, exchanged or replaced simply because you have changed your mind.

Any refund we provide will be made using the same payment method as used to purchase the goods.

Terms and conditions

When you order products from us online, Equestrian Lush cannot guarantee that all products will be in stock at the time of order, but we will do our best to get the product for you as quickly as possible and also keep you informed. We will contact you if any of the products are unavailable or have longer than stated delivery times. Alternatives may also be offered if a product is unavailable.

When shopping at Equestrian Lush, we assume the details you provide us such as credit card, debit card and contact details, are true and accurate, and that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card. For our retail pricing, all prices advertised are subject to change.

Equestrian Lush will not be responsible for any damages, consequential losses (whether direct or indirect) suffered by a customer whose credit card is fraudulently used or is used in an unauthorised manner.

In no event shall Equestrian Lush or any of its directors or affiliates be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, loss of business or profits. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, Equestrian Lush’s liability is limited to an amount equal to the purchase price of the relevant good(s).

Equestrian Lush does not accept any liability, to the extent permitted by law, for:

Any damage or injury of any nature caused by the use or misuse of products purchased from Equestrian Lush;

Errors, mistakes or inaccuracies on the website;

You acting, or failing to act, on any information contained on or referred to on the website and/or any linked website;

Any unauthorised access to or use of our secure servers and/or personal information and/or financial information stored on those servers;

Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the website; and/or

Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses or other harmful code or communications which may be transmitted to or through the website by any third party.

Dispatch and Shipping

Goods will be dispatched within 1 - 2 business days after full payment is received.

If a delay is encountered Equestrian Lush will notify you of the delay and expected dispatch date.

Shipping costs will be calculated at the time of purchase in the shopping cart.

Free shipping for all purchases over $100 in one transaction.

Free shipping is for standard post with tracking via Australia Post.

Should you require express post or other form of shipping, a cost will be incurred.

A signature upon delivery will be required for all deliveries.

Limitation of Liability

Equestrian Lush does not accept any liability, to the extent permitted by law, for:

Any damage or injury of any nature caused by the use or misuse of products purchased from Equestrian Lush;

Colour

Whilst every effort is made to provide an accurate depiction of colour, there are many inherent variables that may impact the colour displayed online and therefore may result in slight variations.

Handmade and Unique

Equestrian Lush has a range of handmade items. All handmade items have an inherent characteristic of being unique which means that sometimes a handmade item may have a slightly different characteristic to its model double online. This doesn't mean the item is faulty, just unique.

Equestrian Lush - Handmade Custom Orders
